1. Service Provider

2. Scope of Services

Pihfagroh offers legal consulting and compliance services for German businesses. Services are provided by qualified legal professionals in accordance with applicable German law and EU regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and work product created by Pihfagroh remain the intellectual property of Pihfagroh unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended business purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pihfagroh's liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. In no event shall Pihfagroh be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during the engagement, except as required by law or court order.

6. Fees and Payment

Service fees are stated in individual engagement letters. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may accrue interest at 5% per annum.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Pihfagroh reserves the right to terminate if client instructions violate applicable law.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data protection law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

10. Amendments

Pihfagroh reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this website.
